"Banden en remsysteem vervangen op de Red Bull van Max Verstappen"

De banden en het remsysteem op de auto van Max Verstappen zijn door Red Bull Racing vervangen volgens de regels van het parc fermé. Volgens de regels is het toegestaan deze onderdelen te vervangen als er wordt getwijfeld aan de veiligheid van de systemen. 

 

 

De kwalificatie werd gisteren vier keer onderbroken door rode vlaggen, vanwege crashes. Verstappen ging in de derde vrije training zelf ook in de fout en raakte de boarding waarna hij niet meer kon rijden in de derde training.

Hij zou verf opgepikt hebben aan de weegbrug.

      Elders is te lezen dat z'n banden aan de weegbrug vastplakten. Ze zijn vervangen door een ander gebruikt setje softs, dus het maakt niet uit.

      Op F1TV in het Engels (dus Sky) sprak men inderdaad over verf van de weegbrug als reden.

    Slim? Eigenlijk raar dat het in bestraft mag.
    Vind ik ook met crashen in Q en je eerdere startplek zonder enige straf behouden.
    Maar owee als je niet snel genoeg weet te reageren op een rode vlag.
