De Formule 1-coureurs zijn ondertussen hard bezig met de voorbereidingen op het aankomende seizoen. Geen van hen laat iets aan het toeval over en men traint dan ook zeer hard. De teams bereiden hun coureurs dan ook zo goed mogelijk voor op wat er gaat gebeuren tijdens het aankomende seizoen.

Ook bij Red Bull Racing worden de coureurs aan een kiezelhard trainingsregime onderworpen. Ook regerend wereldkampioen Max Verstappen komt er niet onderuit. De Limburger moet plaats nemen in een soort reusachtig martelwerktuig om zijn spieren te trainen. Aan de beelden is te zien dat Verstappen wel eens leukere dagen heeft gehad.
