Ricciardo onthult speciaal helmontwerp voor thuisrace

Daniel Ricciardo keert dit weekend terug op het grondgebied van zijn vaderland. De Australische McLaren-coureur rijdt dit weekend immers weer eens een thuisrace. Door de coronacrisis kon de Australische Grand Prix twee jaar op rij niet doorgaan maar nu staan alle lichten weer op groen. Thuisrijder Ricciardo laat het zich geen twee keer zeggen.

De goedlachse coureur zal dit weekend dan ook aan de start verschijnen met een speciale helm. De bekende Australische artiest Reko Rennie heeft een kleurrijk helmdesign gecreëerd voor de McLaren-coureur. De helm zal uiteindelijk geveild worden voor de slachtoffers van de overstromingen in de Australische staat Queensland.

    dit is allemaal leuk en mooi zo een helm , maar de lachende Ricciardo zou beter zich bezig houden met beter resultaten te halen , ik vrees dat hij dit jaar alweer ver achter zijn teamgenoot Norris zal blijven
