Video: Zoon Niki Lauda verzorgt bijzondere demo in Spielberg

Voorafgaand de Oostenrijkse Grand Prix van afgelopen weekend vond er een bijzondere parade plaats. In Spielberg werd de zogenaamde legends parade georganiseerd, meerdere oud-coureurs stapten in legendarische auto's voor een rondje over de Red Bull Ring. Onder andere Ralf Schumacher, David Coulthard en Martin Brundle kwamen in actie.

Ook Mathias Lauda reed enkele rondjes in een bijzondere auto. De Oostenrijkse coureur reed in zijn thuisland namelijk in de Ferrari 312B3 uit 1974. Het was de wagen waarin zijn vader Niki Lauda toentertijd reed. Het waren opvallende en mooie beelden. Voor de gelegenheid reed Lauda met een knalrode helm, deze leek op die van zijn vader.
