De omstandigheden in de derde vrije training van de Grand Prix van Hongarije waren zeer listig door het vele water op de baan.

Dat ervaarde Charles Leclerc ook. De Ferrari-coureur verloor de controle, maar kon door knap stuurmanskunst zijn rode bolide in het rechte spoor houden met een geslaagde three-sixty.
