Magnussen uitgeroepen tot winnaar Lorenzo Bandini Trofee

Kevin Magnussen keerde begin dit jaar terug in de Formule 1. De Deense coureur werd door het team van Haas last minute aangetrokken als vervanger van de ontslagen Nikita Mazepin. Magnussens comeback verloopt vooralsnog voorspoedig en hij heeft al meerdere keren punten gepakt. Ook is hij regelmatig sneller dan zijn teamgenoot Mick Schumacher.

De prestaties van Magnussen zijn de wereld opgevallen. Dit weekend in Monza werd namelijk bekend dat hij de prestigieuze Lorenzo Bandini Trofee in ontvangst mag gaan nemen. Haas maakte het heugelijke nieuws gisteren bekend, hij is de negentwintigste winnaar van de prijs. Magnussen moet nog eventjes wachten voordat hij de prijs in ontvangst mag gaan nemen. Op 3 december vindt de uitreiking pas plaats.
