Verstappen acht titelfeest in Singapore haast onmogelijk: "Ik heb dan veel geluk nodig"

Max Verstappen staat dit weekend extra in de schijnwerpers in Singapore. De Nederlandse Red Bull Racing-coureur kan dit weekend in theorie wereldkampioen worden. Verstappen zelf haalt zijn schouders echter op over het mogelijke titelfeest op het stratencircuit in de Aziatische stadsstaat.

Verstappen is bezig met een extreem sterk seizoen. De Red Bull-coureur heeft het momentum stevig in handen en heeft dit seizoen al elf Grands Prix gewonnen. Verstappen is dan ook al geruime tijd de absolute titelfavoriet. Dit weekend of aankomend weekend in Japan lijkt hij te mogen gaan juichen. In theorie is de wereldtitel in Singapore mogelijk maar dan moeten Verstappens rivalen Charles Leclerc en Sergio Perez wel heel erg slecht presteren.

Long shot

Verstappen zelf gelooft dan ook niet in een titelfeest in Singapore. De Nederlandse regerend wereldkampioen focust zich volledig op de Grand Prix van Singapore. In de stadsstaat sprak hij zich uit en werd hij geciteerd door Motorsport.com: "Ik denk er niet echt aan. Het is ook nogal een long shot. Ik wil gewoon van het weekend hier gaan genieten. Vanzelfsprekend zal ik gaan proberen om de race hier te winnen."

Japan

Een titelfeest in Japan is dan ook realistischer. Het zou een droom zijn voor Red Bull, Japan is immers het thuisland van voormalig motorpartner Honda. Verstappen ziet dat overigens ook wel zitten: "Ik denk dat Japan mooier zal zijn. Ik heb ook veel geluk nodig om het hier te laten gebeuren. Ik reken er dan ook niet op. Ik moet dan winnen, Checo moet vierde of lager worden en Charles achtste of lager. Dat is niet realistisch en daarom denk ik er niet aan."

Ik heb maar weer eens een staatslot gekocht,ik heb geen idee,maar iemand vertelde mij dat ik veel geluk nodig heb om de jackpot te pakken.
Nou volgens mij is tie niet goed bij zijn hoofd,want als je ergens snel rijk mee kan worden is het wel met de Staatsloterij,alleen moet je wel wat geluk hebben......
