Kubica rijdt eerste vrije training voor Alfa Romeo in Abu Dhabi

Morgen staat de laatste eerste vrije training van het seizoen op het programma. In Abu Dhabi zetten veel teams nog een rookie in tijdens de sessie. Het team van Alfa Romeo zal op het Yas Marina Circuit tevens een andere coureur in de auto plaatsen in VT1, Robert Kubica mag namelijk weer in actie komen.

Aangezien alle teams dit seizoen verplicht zijn om minimaal twee keer een rookie in te zetten in een vrije training, zullen er in Abu Dhabi weer veel jonge coureurs in actie komen. Alfa Romeo heeft al aan deze verplichting voldaan maar men zet ook in Abu Dhabi een reserve in. Robert Kubica, alles behalve een rookie, neemt het stuur over van Guanyu Zhou en mag dus weer de nodige meters gaan maken.
