Magnussen neemt Lorenzo Bandini Trophy in ontvangst

Kevin Magnussen heeft een zeer bijzonder weekend achter de rug. De Deense Haas-coureur reisde af naar Italië om daar een bijzondere prijs in ontvangst te nemen. De Deen mocht namelijk de Lorenzo Bandini Trophy in ontvangst nemen, deze uitreiking werd al eerder aangekondigd.

Magnussen heeft een bijzonder seizoen achter de rug. Pas tijdens de twee wintertest in Bahrein werd bekend dat hij dit jaar zou gaan rijden voor Haas als vervanger van de ontslagen Nikita Mazepin. Magnussen reed een sterk seizoen en verraste in Brazilië met de pole. Magnussen ontving de Lorenzo Bandini Trophy, een prijs voor een coureurs en teams uit de Formule 1. Hij treedt in de voetsporen van onder andere Charles Leclerc, Antonio Giovinazzi en Max Verstappen.
