Verstappen wordt ambassadeur van Heineken 0.0

Max Verstappen gaat aankomend seizoen wederom op jacht naar de wereldtitel in de Formule 1. De Nederlandse regerend wereldkampioen is hot en gaat merkt men op allerlei verschillende manieren. Ook op commercieel vlak gaat het goed met Verstappen, want vandaag sloot hij een grote nieuwe deal.

Vandaag werd namelijk bekend dat Verstappen een deal is aangegaan met de Nederlandse biergigant Heineken. De Red Bull Racing-coureur wordt de wereldwijde ambassadeur van Heineken 0.0. Het is de bedoeling van deze samenwerking om verantwoordelijk alcoholgebruik te simuleren. Het bedrijf is al enkele jaren één van de hoofdsponsors van de Formule 1 en komt door de samenwerking met Verstappen nu met een nieuwe game.

Verstappen sloot in de afgelopen maanden meerdere andere deals en werkt bijvoorbeeld ook samen met game-ontwikkelaar EA Sports. In een persbericht laat Verstappen weten blij te zijn met de vandaag aangekondigde deal: "Het is bijzonder om als Nederlandse coureur samen te werken met zo'n iconisch Nederlands merk. Mensen die mij kennen weten dat ik erg gefocust ben op het voorkomen van fouten. Ik vind het daarom geweldig om onderdeel te zijn van de campagne 'When You Drive, You Never Drink'. Op die manier kunnen we mensen meer bewust maken van verantwoordelijk alcoholgebruik."

      Men zegt altijd dat er geen verschil is in smaak tussen Heineken en Heineken 0.0.

      Voor mij reden genoeg omgeen heineken 0.0 te nemen. Heiniken vind ik niet te drinken.

      Ik hou het bij trippels. Niet dat dit slaat op 3 nullen.

    Contract is tot 2028, zelfde als bij Red Bull, ik ga ervan uit dat Max dan ook stopt,.

    Kunnen we nog een 6 jaar van Max zijn rijkunsten genieten, die heeft dat leven dan wel gezien in de F1.

    Heineken is geen game en EA is geen iconosch Nederlands bedrijf. Bijzonder knip en plakwerk.

    Maar verder prima voor Verstappen, ik snap het wel. En als het (her voorkomen van) alcohol in het verkeer onder de aandacht brengt alleen maar prima.
