Drugovich vervangt Stroll tijdens wintertest

Het team van Aston Martin kwam gisteren met belangrijk nieuws naar buiten omtrent Lance Stroll. De Canadese coureur is namelijk geblesseerd geraakt tijdens een trainingsritje op de fiets. Stroll mist hierdoor de wintertest die aankomende donderdag wordt afgetrapt. Aston Martin heeft nu een vervanger bekend gemaakt.

Reservecoureur Felipe Drugovich zal deze week namelijk de honneurs waarnemen samen met vaste coureur Fernando Alonso. Opvallend genoeg mag Drugovich de testweek gaan aftrappen, hij staat namelijk ingepland voor de donderdagochtend. In de middag moet de Braziliaanse coureur het stuur overdragen aan Alonso. Aston Martin deelt verder dat ze op een later moment meer bekend maken over de rest van de testweek.

UPDATE: @FelipeDrugovich will attend the Bahrain test to share driving duties with Fernando Alonso. Felipe is scheduled to drive AMR23 on Thursday morning with Fernando taking over in the afternoon.
