Bottas gaat speciale GP Australië-helm na raceweekend veilen

Voor het aankomende raceweekend in Australië heeft Alfa Romeo-coureur Valtteri Bottas iets bijzonders in gedachten. De Finse coureur, die voor het gemak een halve Australiër genoemd kan worden, gaat voor de Grand Prix op circuit Melbourne Park een speciale racehelm dragen. Deze helm is gemaakt door Aboriginal kunstenaar Ricky Kildea. Hiermee maakt de Finse Formule 1-coureur een bijzonder gebaar aan de lokale inheemse gemeenschappen. Maar, daar blijft het niet bij.

Inmiddels is het wel bekend dat Valtteri Bottas veel liefs heeft voor Australië. Zijn vriendin is afkomstig van het land Down Under, hij heeft een traditioneel Aussie uiterlijk geadopteerd en is in zijn vrije tijd vaak in het diverse land te vinden. Het is dan ook niet verrassend dat de Formule 1-coureur uit Finland een bijzondere actie voor dit weekend op de planning heeft staan.

Aankomende zondag wordt namelijk de Grand Prix van Australië verreden. In een poging om iets goeds voor de lokale traditionele gemeenschappen te doen, heeft Bottas in samenwerking met Aboriginal kunstenaar Ricky Kaldea een speciale racehelm ontworpen.

In toevoeging van dit gebaar weet Twitteraccount @Decalspotters te melden dat Bottas na afloop van de race op Melbourne Park zijn racehelm zal gaan veilen, waarbij de gehele opbrengst aan twee lokale projecten wordt gedoneerd, die beiden de lokale inheemse gemeenschappen ondersteunen.

Hoofdbeschermingsmiddel? Serieus? Krijg je soms provisie per getikte letter of zo?

Man... noem het gewoon een helm. Als Bottas immers een condoom over zijn hoofd trekt is het een hoofdbeschermingsmiddel: maar zie hem zo toch geen GP rijden.

met aantal reacties van vandaag weer slecht te lezen. Kan de titel iets korter?

  "– gaat hoofdbeschermingsmiddel na raceweekend veilen" heel deze zin kan eruit. en als je die zin erin wilt houden noem het dan gewoon helm ipv hoofdbeschermingsmiddel. (vermoedelijk een letterlijke vertaling)

  Kijk eens achter de wolken , en vertel dan wat je daar ziet .

  "Lopen zeuren" kan je ook uitleggen als opbouwende feedback. Dat jij en ik ondertussen weten dat het meestal tegen dovemansoren is gericht, maakt feedback geen zeuren.

  Om de titelweergave te bekijken zijn er twee opties. Ik gebruik deze:

  Zoals je ziet is gisteren de lay-out veranderd en dat kwam door een lange titel.
  Daardoor kun je het aantal reacties niet meer fatsoenlijk lezen om te zien of er nieuwe bij zijn gekomen. Er staat steeds een icoontje tussen.
  
  Als de titel nog langer wordt schuift zelfs het rechtse gedeelte helemaal over het aantal reacties heen en zijn deze helemaal niet meer te zien.
  
  Hier waren al eerder problemen mee, maar dat was lang voordat Rik hier artikelen plaatste, dus dat weet hij waarschijnlijk niet.
  Vandaar dat ik hem verzocht om een kortere titel.
  Mij is destijds verzocht om het even te melden als het zich weer voordeed.
  Begrijp je nou mijn bericht?
  
  Dit alles heeft trouwens niets te maken met de betekenis van: "Achter de wolken schijnt altijd de zon."
