Bottas moedigt vriendin aan bij Amstel Gold Race in Maastricht

Valtteri Bottas staat bekend om zijn brede interesse naast de baan. De Finse Alfa Romeo-coureur is een groot fan van wielrennen en pakt zelf ook regelmatig de racefiets. Aangezien zijn vriendin Tiffany Cromwell een professioneel wielrenster is, is Bottas met enige regelmaat aanwezig bij wielrenwedstrijden. Dit weekend werd hij dan ook gespot in Maastricht.

Bottas was in Limburg aanwezig om zijn vriendin aan te moedigen bij de Amstel Gold Race. De Finse Alfa Romeo-coureur probeerde op de achtergrond te blijven, maar ook in Maastricht heeft hij veel fans. De lokale politie was onder de indruk van de aanwezigheid van Bottas en men ging dan ook met hem op de foto. De Maastrichtse politie deelde de foto van de desbetreffende motoragent met Bottas.
