Voordat het Grand Prix-weekend in Miami zou gaan, waren Alpine-mannen Esteban Ocon en Pierre Gasly bij NASCAR-team RFK Racing op bezoek om het team van dichtbij mee te maken. De Fransmannen probeerden samen zo snel mogelijk een band te verwisselen, en mochten in een Nascar Cup-auto een aantal ronden over de Charlotte Motor Speedway rijden.

Esteban Ocon en Pierre Gasly hadden een leuk uitstapje op de planning staan, voordat het Grand Prix-weekend in Miami zal gaan beginnen. Op het Amerikaanse circuit Charlotte Motor Speedway kregen de Fransmannen de kans om een aantal rondes over het ovalen circuit te rijden, en kregen een kijkje achter de schermen bij het NASCAR-team van RFK Racing.

Tot slot moesten Ocon en Gasly al samenwerkend een band bij een Nascar Cup-wagen vervangen. Het verging de mannen zeker niet slecht af, en uit de onderstaande beelden blijkt dat de sfeer tussen beide coureurs wel goed zit.
