Perez ontvangt reprimande voor drivers parade-foutje

Sergio Perez moest zich gisteravond na afloop van de Grand Prix van Miami melden bij de stewards. De Red Bull Racing-coureur had geen overtreding begaan tijdens de race, maar kwam wel te laat tijdens de drivers parade. De stewards hebben besloten hem hiervoor te straffen.

Perez heeft een zogenaamde non-driving reprimande ontvangen van de stewards. Red Bull had aangegeven dat Perez te laat was gearriveerd bij de drivers parade doordat zijn sponsorverplichtingen voorafgaand de parade waren uitgelopen. Volgens de stewards was dit geen geldige reden omdat dit gevolgen kan hebben voor de planning van de rest van het weekend. Daarop deelde men dus een reprimande uit.

    Even off topic maar ook wel met de topic te maken. Het vieren van de monteurs op de hekken. Hoe zit dit nu?

    Aangezien wij al twee GP's zien dat de monteurs aan de hekken hangen. Mag dit nu wel? Geldt de regel alleen voor het over het hek heen hangen? of uberhaupt aan het hek hangen.

      De regel is/was dat ze et de voeten contact moeten houden met het betonnen gedeelte van de pitmuur. Dus echt er in klimmen en eroverheen hangen maag niet meer. Daarboven op is er een nieuwe regel gekomen, mede door het incident met Ocon in Baku, dat de monteurs de pitlane pas over mogen steken wanneer de laatste auto over de finish is. Die laatste regel is erg jammer waardoor je dus bijna niemand meer aan de pitmuur ziet behalve diegen die er al zijn met de pitborden en zo.
