Bottas kiest voor speciale game-helm in Monaco

Veel coureurs rijden dit weekend in Monaco met een speciaal helmdesign. De Grand Prix is voor veel coureurs speciaal en daarom zijn de designs ook stuk voor stuk zeer uniek. Ook Alfa Romeo-coureur Valtteri Bottas rijdt met een nogal bijzonder helmontwerp.

Bottas heeft zich namelijk niet laten inspireren door de omgeving, maar door het klassieke videospelletje Pacman. De helm lijkt op een level uit het wereldberoemde spel, maar is aangepast naar de stijl van de Formule 1 en Monaco. Meerdere bochten en belangrijke punten uit Monaco komen terug in het helmontwerp. De helm is ontworpen door Bottas' vriendin Tiffany Cromwell.
