HRT met updates in Singapore op jacht naar Lotus en Virgin

Het team van HRT introduceert bij de volgende Grand Prix enkele updates in een poging om het gat naar concurrenten Team Lotus en Virgin Racing te dichten. De Spaanse equipe neemt onder meer een aangepaste motorkap en een gemodificeerde bodemplaat mee naar Singapore.

HRT-teambaas Colin Kolles: We brengen enkele aerodynamische updates, zoals een andere motorkap en een nieuwe bodemplaat waarmee we hopelijk aansluiting vinden bij onze rivalen. Vorig jaar haalden we de finish niet in Singapore, maar ik ben hoopvol voor twee wagens aan de eindstreep dit keer.

Na de teleurstelling in Monza zijn we klaar om verder te gaan en ik weet zeker dat beide coureurs hun best doen voor een goed resultaat. We verwachten van Vitantonio Liuzzi dat hij zijn ervaring aanspreekt om het team vooruit te helpen en Daniel Ricciardo moet zich blijven verbeteren en een volgende stap zetten op een voor hem onbekend circuit.
