Bottas kiest voor opvallend Britse helm in Silverstone

Veel coureurs kiezen dit weekend in Silverstone voor een nieuw helmdesign. Ook de Finse Alfa Romeo-coureur Valtteri Bottas rijdt weer met een nogal opvallend helmontwerp. Bottas reed dit seizoen al vaker met bijzondere helmen en ook op het Britse circuit is dat weer het geval.

Bottas rijdt dit weekend namelijk met een zeer Britse helm. Het design is overduidelijk gebaseerd op de Britse vlag, de Union Jack is goed te herkennen en is voorzien van typische Britse voorwerpen. Onder meer het metrobordje, een theepot, de kenmerkende dubbeldekkers en Londense gebouwen zijn aanwezig. Ook heeft Bottas gekozen voor een aantal typische Britse uitspraken op de bovenzijde en achterkant van de helm.
