Alfa Romeo lanceert speciale livery bij Dutch GP, Bottas gaat fietstocht door Zandvoort leiden

Het Formule 1-team van Alfa Romeo zal aankomend weekend groots uitpakken. Bij de tweede opeenvolgende Grand Prix zal de Zwitserse renstal niet in haar traditionele kleurenschema te zien zijn, want net als bij Spa zal het team op Circuit Zandvoort een andere livery gebruiken.

Al bij de Belgische Grand Prix maakte Alfa Romeo een aantal visuele aanpassingen, en bij de race op Zandvoort duurt het feest vrolijk voort. Zo zal de Zwitserse renstal met een speciale livery op de proppen komen voor haar showcar, die in de Fan Zone van de Dutch GP te zien zal zijn. Tot het ongenoegen van vele fans zal de renstal niet in deze kleurencombinatie op het circuit racen. Wel krijgen de C43-bolides van de coureurs een aantal kleine hints van de showlivery op hun auto.

Toevoegend is er ook een rol voor coureur en wielrenfanaat Valtteri Bottas, want Alfa Romeo zal aankomend weekend een speciaal wielrenpak lanceren, dat samen met Assos is gecreëerd. Om de wielrenkledij te promoten, zal Bottas in het nieuwe pak een wielrentocht door Zandvoort leiden, weet Decalspotters te melden.

Tot slot zal Alfa Romeo een aantal bijzondere voorwerpen aan het publiek veilen. Zo zal er onder andere een raceuniform van het speciale design onder de hamer gaan, en worden er twee grote schilderen via een veiling verkocht. Twitteraccount Decalspotters meldt dat F1 Authentics de verkoop zal gaan organiseren, om de liefdadigheidsorganisatie Save the Children te steunen.
