Ricciardo deelt update na operatie

Daniel Ricciardo staat voorlopig nog aan de zijlijn vanwege zijn handblessure die hij opliep tijdens de tweede vrije training op het circuit van Zandvoort. De Australiër hoopt zo snel mogelijk terug te keren, hij heeft nu een update gedeeld van zijn herstelproces.

Ricciardo crashte tijdens de tweede vrije training in Zandvoort op een pijnlijke wijze. Hij kon zijn stuurtje niet op tijd loslaten waardoor hij zijn middenhandsbeentje brak. Sindsdien wordt hij vervangen door Liam Lawson en AlphaTauri verwacht Ricciardo pas terug als hij volledig fit is. Ricciardo heeft nu van zich laten horen. Op Instagram deelt hij een foto van zijn hand en laat hij zien dat hij weer is begonnen met trainen. Wanneer hij kan terugkeren, is nog niet bekend.
