Perez ergert zich aan geruchten: "Iedereen heeft zijn eigen agenda"

De geruchten over een mogelijke tweestrijd binnen het team van Red Bull Racing zijn onderwerp van gesprek in Austin. Alle kopstukken van het team van Red Bull hebben al aangegeven dat de verhalen nergens op zijn gebaseerd. Ook Sergio Perez reageert schouder ophalend, hij zegt dat alles koek en ei is binnen het team.

Red Bull is op sportief vlak bezig met een zeer goed seizoen in de Formule 1. Max Verstappen kroonde zich twee weken geleden tot wereldkampioen en in Japan werd Red Bull ook al constructeurskampioen. Toch kwamen er afgelopen weekend opvallende geruchten naar buiten via het Zuid-Amerikaanse O Globo. Volgens die geruchten zouden teamadviseur Helmut Marko en teambaas Christian Horner lijnrecht tegenover elkaar staan.

Agenda

Horner, Marko en Max Verstappen ontkenden de geruchten. Ook tweede coureur Sergio Perez reageert schouder ophalend op de verhalen. In Austin spreekt hij zich uit in gesprek met de internationale media: "Het is altijd hetzelfde liedje. Iedereen houdt er gewoon zijn eigen agenda op na. Dat geldt voor iedereen dus ook voor teams en journalisten. Iedereen probeert uiteindelijk de beste verhalen naar buiten te brengen."

Geruchten

Perez geeft dan ook aan dat er geen snars klopt van alle geruchten die afgelopen week de wereld rond gingen. De Mexicaanse coureur legt dit op een nogal duidelijke wijze aan de media in het Amerikaanse Austin: "Het gaat het team momenteel echt voor de wind en Helmut is een extreem belangrijke schakel in ons team. Dat geldt trouwens ook voor Christian. Dus ja, dit is simpel weg weer eens een kwestie van geruchten."

door al die geruchten schijnen de spanningen in het Red Bull team, met name tussen Horner en Marko, inmiddels het kookpunt te hebben bereikt, niemand minder dan Jos the Boss is ingeschakeld om de gemoederen te sussen..

Het zal allemaal wel. Het is vrijdag en dus zijn de rapen gaar. Dit keer kan de kliko in principe dicht blijven en is de schoonmoeder van Larry niet nodig. Want we gaan gare rapen maken die we dit keer niet wegflikkeren. Komt ie:

Knolraapjes gevuld met kerrie tofu (hoe verzin je het)

Ingrediënten:
4 grote knolrapen of
8 kleine knolrapen
500 milliliter groentebouillon van 1 tablet (warm)
2 eetlepels olijfolie
1 sjalot (gesnipperd)
1 theelepel kerriepoeder
100 gram tofu (fijngehakt)
20 gram blanke rozijnen
20 gram pijnboompitten
50 gram belegen kaas (geraspt)

Bereiden
Snijd van de knolraapjes de onder- en bovenkanten recht af en zet ze in een grote pan. Giet de bouillon erover en breng aan de kook.
Kook de knolrapen op lage stand in circa 30 minuten beetgaar. Neem ze uit de bouillon en laat ze enigszins afkoelen.
Maak ondertussen de vulling; verwarm de olie en fruit de sjalot op middelhoge stand circa 5 minuten.
Voeg de kerriepoeder, de tofu, de rozijnen en de pijnboompitten toe en roerbak nog enkele minuten. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Verwarm de oven op 180°C. Hol de gare rapen uit met behulp van een lepel.
Snijd de helft van het vruchtvlees klein en voeg dit toe aan het tofumengsel. Breng goed op smaak.
Giet de bouillon in een ovenschaal, zet de koolraapjes erbij en vul ze met het tofumengsel.
Bestrooi de vulling met geraspte kaas en bak nog 10 minuten onafgedekt in de oven.

Bereidingstip
Het gare vruchtvlees van de rapen dat over is, kunt u bewaren en eventueel net als aardappelen opbakken.

Lekker met notenrijst of gele rijst.

Let op: de kaas in dit recept kan dierlijk stremsel bevatten. Wil je het recept strikt vegetarisch maken? Gebruik dan een kaas met vegetarisch stremsel, deze is herkenbaar aan een vegetarisch logo. Speciaal voor Loewie 😅
