Verstappen ontvangt nog een speciale prijs

Max Verstappen was afgelopen seizoen extreem succesvol in de Formule 1. De Nederlandse Red Bull Racing-coureur verbrak veel records en hij werd dan ook voor het derde jaar op rij wereldkampioen. Verstappen heeft daarnaast nog een prijs in ontvangst genomen.

Voorafgaand de seizoensfinale in Abu Dhabi kreeg hij namelijk ook een prijs voor de meeste snelste rondes in één jaar. Uit handen van Jamie Chadwick nam hij de DHL Fastest Lap Award in ontvangst. Voor Verstappen was dit het tweede jaar op rij dat hij de prijs mee naar huis mocht nemen. Verstappen stak er met kop en schouders bovenuit en hij reed bijna twee keer zoveel snelste rondes dan nummer twee Lewis Hamilton.
