Simulatorcoureur waarschuwt concurrenten: "RB20 doet het best goed"

Het team van Red Bull Racing was dit seizoen extreem dominant in de Formule 1. De Oostenrijkse renstal was veel sneller dan de rest en de RB19 was een klasse apart. Simulatorcoureur Jake Dennis is al bezig met de voorbereidingen voor 2024 en hij heeft een slechte boodschap voor de concurrentie.

Alle teams zijn op de achtergrond hard bezig met de voorbereidingen voor het aankomende seizoen. Red Bull focust zich al geruime tijd op de ontwikkeling van de RB20. Jake Dennis heeft al veel meters met deze wagen gemaakt op de simulator. De Brit is tevens de regerend Formule E-kampioen en hij mocht als beloning de eerste vrije training rijden in Abu Dhabi en op hetzelfde circuit reed ook de post season test voor Red Bull.

Dennis mocht tijdens het FIA-gala in Bakoe zijn prijs ophalen voor de Formule E-titel. De Brit onthulde daar dat hij al veel had getest met de RB20 op de simulator. Hij legt zijn situatie uit: "Ik had op die dinsdag in Abu Dhabi 125 rondjes gereden en dat was geweldig. Het was de beste dag uit mijn loopbaan. Ik moet echt alle credits geven aan de mensen die zoiets speciaals hebben gemaakt. Deze auto is echt bizar. Hopelijk is de RB20 ook best goed. Hij doet het best goed op de simulator, dat kan ik wel bevestigen. We staan er voor volgend jaar dus goed op."

Beetje teveel je eigen omhoog prijzen.
Bedoel je kan best zeggen dat het lekker voelt. Maar pas op de baan als de andere eagens er ook rijden heb je beeld hoe goed de auto is.
Zodadelijk komt williams met auto die ons belemaal verbaast.
Pas op de testdag ga ik zulke berichten pas geloven tot die tijd zegt het me eigenlijk niks
