Mercedes viert verjaardag Wolff in aanloop naar belangrijk seizoen

Het is vandaag een bijzondere dag voor het team van Mercedes. De Duitse renstal viert vandaag namelijk de verjaardag van teambaas Toto Wolff. De Oostenrijker is vandaag 52 jaar oud geworden, bij Mercedes spreken ze liever van een leeftijd van 49 plus 3.

Het wordt een bijzondere dag voor Wolff, want hij zal dit jaar hard aan de bak moeten gaan. Het wordt een belangrijk seizoen voor Mercedes, aangezien ze de strijd aan moeten gaan met onder meer Red Bull Racing. De Oostenrijkse renstal wordt gezien als de koploper en Mercedes wil sportieve revanche nemen na een paar tegenvallende jaren. Een goed jaar of niet, Wolff zal vandaag op zijn verjaardag vooral hopen op een goede auto als cadeau.

      Had een solex niet 400 pk?

      Voor de mensen die het niet weten. Dat was een fiets, met als schakelapparaat een handel die de motor op het voorwiel zette van een ietsje verstevigde fiets. Denk dat het tweetact was, dus altijd olievlekken in het kruis. Nou ja. Dat is niet waar denk ik. Maar goed.
