Complimentenregen voor Verstappen: "Eerlijk, betrouwbaar en loyaal"

Max Verstappen maakte in de afgelopen jaren veel indruk op de baan. De Nederlander werd drie jaar op rij wereldkampioen en hij ontving veel complimenten. Zijn voormalig trainer Bradley Scanes stelt dat Verstappen ook naast de baan heel erg veel indruk maakt.

Verstappen werkte tot en met eind vorig jaar samen met Bradley Scanes. De Brit fungeerde jarenlang als de trainer van Verstappen en hij week dan ook geen moment van zijn zijde. Nu wil Scanes zich gaan focussen op andere zaken en heeft Max Verstappen gekozen voor Rupert Manwaring als nieuwe trainer. Scanes maakte in zijn Red Bull-jaren kennis met Verstappen en diens entourage, die samenwerking heeft een diepe indruk achtergelaten bij hem.

Scanes deelt dan ook enorme complimenten uit aan Verstappen en zijn entourage. De Britse trainer heeft hele mooie jaren met hem beleeft en in de Red Flag Podcast deelt hij zijn mooie woorden richting Verstappen: "Hij is makkelijk in de omgang, eerlijk, direct, betrouwbaar en heel erg loyaal. Dat definieert Verstappen en de hele groep om hem heen. Iedereen zegt dat Nederlanders heel erg direct zijn, maar in de topsport moet je heel open en eerlijk zijn tegenover iedereen om je heen. Dus daar was ik al wel bekend mee!"

      @pietje, de trainer zegt dat hij voor altijd bevriend zal blijven met Verstappen. Blijkbaar is er niets voorgevallen tussen de twee.

      Had 'm al gevonden voordat @Pietje 'm aankondigde, maar weet niet of ik de eerste was... (uiteraard wel).

      Had een paar korte fragmenten bekeken en het leek me maar zozo en de podcast Pitstop van Jake Boys en Fabio Bocca lijkt me beter, maar misschien ga ik 'm nu toch bekijken...

      Die buitenaardse eigenschappen straald hij niet af op zijn fans .
      Wie gaat er nu tijdens het kerstdiner met RBR kleding in een restaurant zitten ?
      En ga je naar een weekendje kerstmarkt in Duitsland , daar heb ik ook meerdere Nederlanders met een RBR jack gezien .
      Alsof ze geen gewone winterjas kunnen kopen .
