Lotus presenteert nieuwe wagen online op 5 februari

Kimi Raikkonen zal als eerste de nieuwe Lotus-bolide mogen proberen op het asfalt van Jerez. De renstal maakte bekend dat de nieuwe auto op 5 februari onthult zal worden aan het publiek. Net als Red Bull Racing maakt Lotus hierbij gebruik van het internet. Twee dagen later zal Raikkonen de eerste ronden rijden met de auto.

De presentatie van de nieuwe bolide is zondag 5 februari vanaf 18:00 uur Nederlandse tijd live te volgen via www.lotusf1team.com. Tevens zal die website eerder die dag officieel de lucht in gaan. De eerste twee testdagen in Jerez zal Raikkonen daarna voor zijn rekening nemen, terwijl teamgenoot Romain Grosjean de laatste twee dagen in actie mag komen.
