Ferrari-president: "We vechten door tot het bittere eind"

Ferrari maakt met Fernando Alonso alleen nog mathematisch kans op de wereldtitel in 2013, maar president Luca di Montezemolo tolereert geen enkele verslapping van zijn manschappen. De Scuderia blijft aanzetten, ook al is de tweede plaats het hoogst haalbare.

Die belofte deed Di Montezemolo tegenover AGI. "We vechten door tot het bittere eind in dit teleurstellende seizoen waar niemand in Maranello voldoening uit heeft gehaald. We gaan knokken en proberen om de tweede positie veilig te stellen om te bewijzen dat Ferrari nog steeds uit het juiste hout gesneden is voor de top in de Formule 1. Ik weet zeker dat iedereen volledig geconcentreerd is om dat doel te verwezenlijken."
