Antonio Felix Da Costa heeft voor het derde raceweekend op rij de tweede race van het weekend gewonnen. De Portugees reed 2,6 seconden eerder over de finish dan Carlos Munoz, terwijl kampioenschapsleider Edoardo Mortara niet aan de streep kwam.

Antonio Felix Da Costa startte, net als de vorige raceweekenden, de tweede race vanaf de pole position. Vanaf de start al liep de Portugees weg bij zijn achtervolgers en was daarna niet meer te achterhalen. In een weinig spannende race pakte hij zijn derde overwinning van het seizoen, gevolgd door Carlos Munoz en Daniel Juncadella.

Voor kampioenschapsleider Edoardo Mortara was het een race om snel te vergeten. Twee weken geleden strandde de Italiaan in de grindbak na een touché met teammaat Marco Wittmann, ditmaal zorgde zijn andere teamgenoot Laurens Vanthoor ervoor dat hij zijn race moest beëindigen. Vanthoor eindigde zelf als zevende, net buiten de punten.
