Organisatie plant twee races tijdens slotweekend in Londen

De Formula E zal tijdens het slotweekend in Londen twee races hebben. Dat heeft de organisatie bekend gemaakt. Aanvankelijk zou er, net als tijdens de andere weekenden, één race verreden worden in Londen, maar de organisatie hoopt dat door middel van twee races het evenement aantrekkelijker zal zijn voor de fans.

Naast een grotere aantrekkingskracht voor de fans, hoopt men ook dat de strijd om de titel beslist zal worden in het laatste weekend door middel van een extra race. De Formula E-races in Londen vinden plaats op 27 en 28 juni. Het parcours ligt aan de buitenkant van Battersea Park.
