Abt Sportsline verlengt contract Di Grassi

Lucas di Grassi komt ook volgend seizoen voor Abt Sportsline uit in de Formule E. De Braziliaan zegevierde in de openingsrace van het debuutjaar van de elektrische klasse en voert de tussenstand aan. Hij rijdt ook in de jaargang 2015/2016 voor Abt Sportsline.

Di Grassi: "Ik heb geen seconde geaarzeld toen Abt Sportsline me een nieuw contract voorschotelde. Het team en ik koesteren ambitieuze doelstellingen in de Formule E. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat we die doelen samen gaan bereiken."

Teambaas Hans-Jurgen Abt: "Ik ben verguld dat Lucas ook in de toekomst onderdeel van ons team uitmaakt. De onderhandelingen duurden nog geen half uur. Lucas is een van de beste coureurs in de Formule E en we wilden hem zo snel mogelijk langer vastleggen."
