Ook Daniel Abt verlengt bij Audi Sport Abt

Audi Sport Abt heeft de line-up voor volgend seizoen in de Formule E al rond. Na eerder Lucas di Grassi heeft ook Daniel Abt bijgetekend. De 22-jarige Duitser is dit jaar de jongste coureur op de grid en stond tot nu toe één maal op het podium, in Miami.

Abt: "Ik voel me helemaal thuis in de Formule E en wil samen met de serie groeien. Deze klasse maakt een fantastische fase in de ontwikkeling door met opwindende races op de baan en gave ideeën naast de baan. Ik geloof dat de Formule E een geweldige toekomst heeft. Het doet me deugd om daar langer onderdeel van uit te maken. Ik ben trots dat ik mag racen voor een team dat mijn familienaam draagt."
