De door Honda aangedreven Andretti Autosport-auto met startnummer 25 staat dit weekend wel op de grid bij de IndyCar-seizoensfinale op het circuit van Sonoma. Ter ere van de deze week overleden Justin Wilson heeft het team besloten om de wagen toch in te schrijven voor de race.

Oriol Servia zal de bolide besturen. Michael Andretti legt uit: "Justin Wilson was een echte racer en een uithangbord voor de sport. We dragen Justin en zijn familie dit weekend in onze harten mee terwijl we hem eren zoals hij dat zou willen, namelijk door te doen waar hij van hield en dat is racen."
