Indycar presenteert nieuw logo

Het Indycar-kampioenschap heeft het nieuwe logo voor het komende seizoen gepresenteerd. Vanwege een verandering in huisstijl bij titelsponsor Verizon zag de organisatie zich genoodzaakt het logo daarop aan te passen.

In een verklaring laat de organisatie weten: "Voor Verizon betekent de gewijzigde identiteit van het kampioenschap de start van een nieuw hoofdstuk ik haar pogingen om het merk bekender te maken bij de consument. We zijn erg blij dat we het nieuwe logo mogen presenteren: het nieuwe ontwerp is strak en benadrukt de kernwaarden van het merk Verizon: het teken om zaken gedaan te krijgen. We kijken uit om er samen met Verizon een fantastisch seizoen van te gaan maken."
