Ho-Pin Tung zal definitief niet deelnemen aan de Indianapolis 500. Zijn team, Dragon Racing, heeft besloten zich volledig terug te trekken uit het evenement nadat ook Patrick Carpenter vandaag een bolide in de muur parkeerde.

Tung crashte zijn bolide gisteren tijdens Pole Day al en het team besloot Patrick Carpentier op te roepen om vandaag tijdens Bump Day in actie te komen. Hij crashte echter ook en daardoor heeft het team geen auto's meer over. Scott Speed kwam gisteren al niet in actie.
