IndyCar-baas Bernard op uitnodiging van Ferrari in Monza

IndyCar-baas Randy Bernard liep afgelopen weekend rond in de paddock van Monza, zo bericht de internetsite Pitpass. Bernard was er op uitnodiding van Ferrari, die daar hun thuisrace reden.

Waarom Bernard precies naar Monza is gekomen op verzoek van Ferrari is niet duidelijk. Mogelijk heeft hij de mogelijkheid gehad om verder te onderzoeken of het haalbaar is de IndyCar Series uit te breiden met races in Europa. Dat is iets waar al enkele maanden over gesproken wordt.
