Rahal bestelt twee nieuwe auto's en kiest voor Honda-aandrijving

Het team van Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing heeft bij Dallary twee DW12-chassis' besteld voor 2012. De Amerikaanse renstal is van plan om voor het eerst sinds 2008 een volledig seizoen in de IndyCars te draaien. Het team heeft Honda als motorenleverancier gekozen.

Teambaas Bobby Rahal: We hebben een veelbesproken historie met Honda en respecteren de traditie van uitmuntendheid van dat merk. Toen we onze plannen voor 2012 maakten voelden we dat de steun van een bewezen winnaar als Honda ons zou helpen bij het opbouwen van een sterk programma en we hebben de intentie om Honda op de best mogelijke manier te vertegenwoordigen.
