Dale Coyne helpt Pippa Mann aan zitje voor Pocono

Pippa Mann racet komend weekend voor het eerst op de Pocono Raceway, bijgenaamd de Tricky Triangle. De 29-jarige Britse zal de auto met startnummer 18 van Dale Coyne Racing besturen. Eerder dit seizoen reed ze voor dat team ook al in Texas en op Indianapolis.

Mann: "Dat ik dit weekend in Pocono in actie kom is voor een groot deel te danken aan Dale Coyne. Sinds het schema bekend is had ik mijn zinnen gezet op deze wedstrijd, helemaal met de test op dezelfde baan in de aanloop naar dit evenement. Het doel bij die test was om gewend te raken aan de auto en Dale heeft onvermoeibaar met ons gewerkt om een overeenkomst te bewerkstelligen. Ik ben hem zeer dankbaar en kijk uit naar komend weekend."
