Van der Zande bestuurt Cadillac-hypercar in 6 uur van Spa

Op 29 april aanstaande wordt op het circuit van Spa-Francorchamps de 6 uur van Spa verreden in het World Endurance Championship. In het WEC wordt de topklasse dit jaar gevormd door de Hypercars en op Spa zullen er weer een aantal nieuwe inschrijvingen aan de start verschijnen.

Ook de Nederlandse coureur Renger van der Zande zal een Hypercar besturen op het circuit van Spa. Van der Zande rijdt gewoonlijk in de Hypercar van Cadillac in het IMSA-kampioenschap, maar in voorbereiding op de 24 uur van Le Mans zal hij ook gaan rijden in België. Van der Zande zal samen met Sebastien Bourdais de tweede Cadillac besturen. Op Le Mans krijgen ze gezelschap van Scott Dixon.
