Tech 1 doet voor 2014 beroep op Marco Sorensen

Marco Sorensen verdedigt komend seizoen in de World Series by Renault de kleuren van Tech 1 Racing. De 23-jarige Deen kwam de afgelopen twee jaar uit voor het door Charouz gerunde Lotus-team. Zijn teamgenoot voor 2014 is nog niet bekend.

Sorensen is door de Formule 1-renstal van Lotus vastgelegd als ontwikkelingscoureur. In die hoedanigheid stond hij vorige week bij de presentatie van de E22 aan de zijde van Nicolas Prost, Charles Pic, Romain Grosjean en Pastor Maldonado. Saxo Bank, een van de nieuwe geldschieters van Lotus, financiert het stoeltje van Sorensen bij Tech 1.
