AV Formula in zee met Arthur Pic en Yann Cunha

AV Formula is volgend jaar nieuw in de World Series by Renault. De Spaanse renstal van voormalig Formule 1-testrijder Adrian Valles weet al met welke rijders ze het seizoen aanvangen. Arthur Pic en Yann Cunha zijn aangetrokken. Arthur Pic, het broertje van Charles Pic, komt over van DAMS en was dit jaar een racewinnaar. Cunha kon voor Pons Racing weinig potten breken.

AV Formula vervangt Team RFR op de grid. Zowel Pic als Cunha testte in het naseizoenal voor de Spaanse equipe. Valles: "Na maanden van hard werk om ons team samen te stellen doet het ons deugd om ruim voor de Kerst ons coureursduo voor 2013 te onthullen. Het is een plezier om Arthur en Yann welkom te heten aan boord van ons avontuur en wij zijn er zeker van dat ze volgend jaar goed zullen presteren."
