Audi onthult teamindeling voor dit seizoen

Audi heeft de line-up voor het komende DTM-seizoen bekendgemaakt. Net als concurrenten Mercedes en BMW schaalt Audi in 2017 terug naar zes auto's. Het Duitse merk verdeelt de zes coureurs over drie teams.

Audi Sport Team Abt Sportsline bestaat uit Mattias Ekstrom en Nico Müller. Loïc Duval en Mike Rockenfeller komen uit voor Audi Sport Team Phoenix. Rene Rast en Jamie Green verdedigen dit jaar de eer van Audi Sport Team Rosberg.

Audi test van 20 tot en met 23 februari met een interim-versie van de RS 5 DTM op Portimao. De nieuwe RS 5 DTM wordt op 7 maart gepresenteerd op de Geneva Motor Show en maakt van 13 tot en met 16 maart zijn testdebuut op Vallelunga.
