Audi plant eerste tests met wagen voor 2012 voor eind juni

Audi wil over een maand aanvangen met de voorbereidende tests op het volgende DTM-seizoen. De huidige jaargang is nog maar net begonnen, maar door hevig herziene reglementen moeten de autofabrikanten vroeg met de preparaties voor 2012 aan de slag.

Audi-motorsportbaas Wolfgang Ulrich liet aan Autosport weten: De planning is dat we halverwege het jaar de auto klaar hebben voor de eerste testritten. Dat zou eind juni moeten gebeuren. Wanneer Mercedes en nieuwkomer BMW hun eerste tests met de nieuwe wagen uitvoeren is nog niet bekend.
