Er is de afgelopen dagen uiteraard veel gesproken over het circuit dat gebruikt wordt voor de Grand Prix van Rusland: de Sochi Autodrome circuit. Het is een relatief nieuw circuit en daarom aan de gladde kant. Veel 90-graden bochten die iedereen eigenlijk wel leuk vindt, behalve Romain Grosjean schijnbaar. Fernando Alonso ziet daar juist de mogelijkheid voor de McLarens om plaatsen te winnen in de race.

Mobil 1 heeft een mooie video online gezet waarin ze een paar rondjes over de Sochi Autodrome rijden. Bocht twee gaat na de start erg spannend worden en dan het veld door bocht drie. Dat gaat mooie beelden opleveren.
