Force India met nieuwe voorvleugel naar Silverstone

Het team van Force India heeft een groot pakket nieuwe onderdelen in de pijplijn voor de Britse Grand Prix van komend weekend op het circuit van Silverstone. Dat kondigde technisch directeur Andy Green aan. Het betreft de grootste update voor de VJM10 van dit seizoen.

Green: "We hebben een reeks aan nieuwe dingen op komst voor Silverstone, waaronder een nieuwe voorvleugel. Er zijn nog andere ditjes en datjes, vooral aan de voorkant van de wagen. Het is een van de grootste, zo niet dé grootste update van ons dit seizoen tot nu toe."

Force India had eerder in Spanje een omvangrijke upgrade voor de VJM10. Het pakket voor Silverstone is groter. "De volgende update staat voor Singapore in de planning. We beginnen net met het testen in de windtunnel, op ware grootte", aldus Green.
