In navolging van Red Bull-coureurs Max Verstappen en Pierre Gasly is vandaag ook bekend geworden hoe de nieuwe helm van Romain Grosjean eruit ziet. De Fransman lijkt ook een nieuwe sponsor van hemzelf of Haas F1 Team te introduceren: Soccer Coin.

Grosjean gaat met zijn nieuwe helmontwerp een beetje terug in de tijd. In 2016 en 2017 reed de Fransman met een donkerblauwe helm, waarop ook grote vlakken geel, oranje, rood en wit te vinden waren. In 2018 verdween het oranje en rood, maar in 2019 keren die kleuren weer terug op zijn helm. Ook het ontwerp van zijn helm is iets aangepast ten opzichte van de vorige jaren.

Daarnaast lijkt Grosjean ook een nieuwe sponsor voor Haas F1 óf een nieuwe persoonlijke sponsor aan te kondigen. Op zijn helm staat het logo van de Oostenrijkse cryptomunt Soccer Coin. Dit jonge bedrijf werd pas in november 2018 opgericht en richt zich in haar dienstverlening op 'het leveren van een infrastructuur voor ruil en het opslaan van data'. Op de website van Soccer Coin staat een foto van Grosjean, die het product aanprijst.

  Grosjean heeft 10 podiumplekken behaald in de F1. En jij? O wacht, jij kan alleen domme/flauwe opmerkingen maken.
  
  Juist dit soort reacties halen de site omlaag. Prima als je geen fan bent van Grosjean, ben ik ook niet en ook vind dat hij nu te lang een stoeltje voor een ander bezet houdt. Maar dat is nog geen reden om een domme reactie te plaatsen.

  Eigenlijk heeft ATTEH gelijk. Grosjean gaat bijna zeker crashen. En dat doen de crypto's dit jaar ook dus tjah...

  Ik geloof Romain, hij is nogal enthousiast over hun karts. Daarnaast is er ook een link via Ferrari, want Charouz Racing werkt ook met Praga samen. En Charouz is sinds dit seizoen het opleidingsteam voor Sauber... ehm Alfa Romeo in de F2
