Ook in het seizoen 2019 is de Formule 1 weer bezig met de bekende quiz Grill the Grid. Het woord is dit jaar wederom aan de coureurs, die het dit jaar in een onderling duel tegen elkaar opnemen en samen punten scoren voor het team.

In het eerste seizoen speelden de coureurs eerst individueel de quiz, waarna de teambazen hetzelfde deden tijdens jaargang 2. In het derde seizoen volgde er een reeks met beide coureurs van een team, die vragen met 'waar' of 'niet waar' moesten beantwoorden. In seizoen 4, dat momenteel aan de gang is, wordt de kennis van de coureurs gemeten in een rechtstreeks onderling duel, waarbij ze punten voor zichzelf en het team waarvoor zij rijden scoren.

In deze aflevering is het rijdersduo van het wit-roze Racing Point aan de beurt. De Mexicaan Sergio Perez neemt het op tegen zijn Canadese collega Lance Stroll.
