McLaren opende maandag het bal met de presentatie van de eerste auto voor het Formule 1-seizoen 2021. De MCL35M was echter niet fysiek bij de onthulling in het McLaren Technology Centre in Woking aanwezig, de bolide was reeds op Silverstone waar de Britse renstal een dag later een filmdag afwerkte. Coureurs Lando Norris en Daniel Ricciardo maakten op een natte baan hun eerste meters met de wagen. Bekijk hieronder de beelden.
