Sargeant toont Amerikaans getinte debuuthelm

Logan Sargeant debuteert aankomend seizoen in de Formule 1 bij het team van Williams. Het nieuws was al eventjes bekend en Sargeant bereidt zich momenteel zo goed mogelijk voor op zijn debuut. De Amerikaan was eerder deze week aanwezig bij de onthulling van zijn debuutwagen en hij heeft ook zijn eerste F1-helm nu aan de buitenwereld getoond.

Sargeant reed vorig seizoen al een paar vrije trainingen voor Williams en zijn nieuwe helmdesign heeft iets weg van dat design. De Amerikaan toont met zijn helm namelijk zijn roots, de vlag is voorzien van de Amerikaanse vlag en is verder compleet blauw. Sargeant steekt zijn trots voor zijn afkomst niet onder stoelen of banken en hij krijgt dit jaar drie keer de kans om te presteren voor eigen publiek. Het Formule 1-circus reist immers af naar Miami, Austin en Las Vegas.
