Ocon eert teameigenaar met speciale helm in Las Vegas

Het raceweekend in Las Vegas is voor veel teams en coureurs een goede reden om all-in te gaan. Meer dan de helft van de teams rijden dit weekend met speciale livery's en meerdere coureurs kiezen voor een speciale helm. Esteban Ocon heeft zijn helm in de kleuren van de nieuwe teameigenaar gespoten.

Eerder dit jaar werd bekend dat een grote groep investeerders 24 procent van de aandelen van Alpine in handen kregen. Ook Maximum Efforts Investments is onderdeel van deze groep. De man achter Maximum Efforts is de bekende acteur Ryan Reynolds. Ocon is een groot fan van Reynolds en in Las Vegas eert hij dan ook diens personage Deadpool. Ocon liet zijn helmdesign aan Reynolds zelf zien.
