West-Tec trekt Hurst aan voor Europees kampioenschap

Hector Hurst is komend seizoen actief in het Europees kampioenschap Formule 3. Daarin zal de 21-jarige Brit het onder meer opnemen tegen Dennis van de Laar, Max Verstappen en Jules Szymkowiak. Hij voegt zich bij Felix Serralles als coureur van Team West-Tec F3.

Hurst: "Dit is een geweldige mogelijkheid voor mij. Ik wil mijn manager Mark Blundell en West-Tec bedanken voor het regelen van deze overeenkomst. Aan het einde van 2013 kon ik al samenwerken met Team West-Tec en dat was een waar genot. De kans om voor deze renstal in het Europees kampioenschap Formule 3 uit te komen is geweldig. Ik kan niet wachten om in de auto te springen en te beginnen met het seizoen."
